These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rahat Labs ("we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of VaultMileage and vaultmileage.app.
Rahat Labs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable software license to use VaultMileage for tracking trips and generating deduction reports.
VaultMileage is an automated record-keeping and mathematical calculation utility based on published IRS standard mileage rates. VaultMileage and Rahat Labs do not provide licensed CPA accounting, legal, or tax advisory services. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your deductions and consulting a qualified tax professional or CPA for specific tax advice.
VaultMileage operates on a local-first architecture. Your GPS coordinates, trip locations, vehicle expenses, and tax logs are stored directly on your phone and are never transmitted to external corporate servers. See our Privacy Policy.
Payments for VaultMileage Pro licenses are handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. License keys and activation links are delivered instantaneously on-screen upon checkout completion and emailed to the customer for immediate in-app activation.
